Character Design: Tess

I had this design of Tess floating around my tray for some time and I thought I'd finally make something of it. I decided to make her hair long again, but at least this time there's a nice plausible story for it. She just let it grow out after the conclusion of my latest DMC fanfic. That's it.

...But to be honest I did it because a bunch of you people wouldn't stop telling me about it. "She looks better with long hair." Um, okay.
